MTV has found yet another way to get close to college kids.
The Viacom division’s college channel mtvU has acquired Y2M, parent company of an online advertising network that places ads on the Web sites of 450 campus newspapers...
The deal gives mtvU -- and its advertisers -- access to some 5 million college students across the country. The Web sites will also have access to new features and media tools developed by mtvU but will retain editorial and design independence. Complete Story
